BODYLOVE KIDS

Wouldn’t it be amazing if you could get your workout done at the same time as your kids do their after school activities!
Introducing……..BODYLOVE KIDS!
  • Creative, Fun & mindful classes for your kids – DANCE & YOGA
  • Zero Commitment – drop in class only – you don’t waste money on classes you can’t attend when they’re sick, you’re sick or they just won’t get in the car!
  • One drop off & pick up
  • Ahhhmazing Reformer workouts for you! Total Bodylove Reformer taught at the same time as the kids classes!
  • Classes are $25 per kid/per class – we do a sibling discount for families in the same class. ($18 upon request)
  • Book in using your own Bodylove account – under your name!

 

TUESDAY’S PROGRAM

3.30PM – LITTLE MOVERS

A high energy dance class for kindergarten and Year 1 students with a mix of ballet and jazz. Students will learn the importance of warming their bodies up & stretching their muscles before getting taken through fun exercises & simple dance combinations. This class will be focusing on the basics of dance through fun activities, basic technique and building confidence all whilst moving to their favourite music!

This class is for primary school age children in Kindergarten & Year 1

4.30PM – LITTLE GROOVERS

A high energy dance class for year 2 & 3 students with a mix of ballet and jazz.
Students will begin to learn more technical elements to prepare them for dance training. Each week they will learn the importance of warming up their bodies & stretching their muscles before getting taken through strengthening exercises & dance combinations.
This class will be focusing on dance technique and exercises that will improve their dance skills whilst building their confidence through movement & lots of fun music!

 This class is for primary school age children in Year 2 & 3

 

THURSDAY’S PROGRAM

ZEN KIDS – YOGA & MINDFULNESS

Using the Rainbow Yoga Technique, ZEN KIDS classes combines yoga with music and engaging stories to create fun, mindful movement and meditation for kids that benefits them both on and off the mat.
Yoga and mindfulness can help promote your child’s inner-strength, body awareness and focus, as well as encourage relaxation and help to build upon their self-esteem.

It can be greatly beneficial for children to find the time for stillness and to quieten their mind in their busy little lives.

Classes are 45mins long

3.30PM – ZEN KIDS 1 (KINDERGARTEN – YR2)

4.30PM – ZEN KIDS 2 (YR3-YR5)
