Membership Suspension

Going away on vacation? Super busy at work? No problem! Please email us to  suspend your weekly Auto-Debit Membership payments. As a weekly Auto-pay member we allow for up to 8 weeks suspension a year.

*We are unable to back date any membership suspension and will need 48 hours minimum to process the suspension. You will be emailed upon confirmation of the suspension.

Please note we do not allow suspensions, extensions or transfers for Casual Classes or Packages.

Follow the steps below to suspend your membership;

Please email with the header: “Membership Suspension Request” and include the following information:

  • Full name
  • Email
  • Contact Number
  • Suspension Start Date
  • Suspension End Date

*There is a minimum compulsory period of 8 weeks for each new member. If you are within the 8 week period, your suspension request will be denied.
