No problem – BYO Baby Reformer is a 50 minute open level class focused on building strength, alignment & tone with a specific emphasis on correct core activation, spinal & pelvic stability. We will emphasis posture, stability and work on creating tone, strength and space throughout the body!
We recommend you bring your baby in a carrier, bassinet or car seat as we are upstairs and are not permitted to leave strollers in the cafe below.
Your baby needs to be under 12 months.

Tired of traditional barre classes? Burn this Barre down is a 45 minute class that breaks the mold ensuring each workout is unique. Our barre classes are a combination of pilates, yoga and dance. Using balls, light weights, bands and body weight to ensure you get a burn in all the right places and see the results of long lean muscles. Be ready for high intensity intervals that will get your heart rate up, toning sequences, juicy stretches and full body mobilization.
Abs After Baby
Abs After Baby is a 50 minute postnatal mat class that is focused on core recovery. Pregnancy & childbirth changes your abdominals – the crucial first step is to work on recovering, strengthening and challenging the connection to your deep core. Our 360 degree approach to core repair will challenge your mind-body connection, create space throughout the body, build strength, muscle tone & reduce back pain. This class is suitable for women who have been cleared to workout by their doctor which is usually around 6 weeks after birth. You don’t need to be a new mum to join this class – You are postnatal as long as you are still recovering from pregnancy and labour – this can be years for some women so everyone is welcome!
Our cardio class is a 45 minute heart thumping workout combining Barre, Pilates & HIIT! Utilizing endless combinations of props and creative sequencing – Cardio Pimps will give you the sweet sweaty shakes & a burn in all the right places. Short but intense bursts of cardio are balanced by toning and lengthening moves. Endorphin explosion!

60s & Fierce
This 50 minute class is designed specifically for people 60 years & over. Using a variety of props and clever combinations of mat moves we address important conditions such as bone health, spinal alignment, mobility, strength, posture and core connection.
Stretch & Reset
Our bodies work best when we combine work with rest. Stimulation with relaxation. Stretch & Reset is a 50 minute class that aims to provide length, release and space throughout the body and peace in the mind. Using a variety of props to deepen the release and the increase the stretch – this class provides balance to your workout week.
